Ordering a personalized award or deal toy doesn’t need to begin with a quote, a blank page, or a design brief.
With Altrum’s online store, you can choose a professionally designed product, personalize it online, preview the finished piece, and place your order in minutes. Here’s how it works.
1. Choose Your Product
Browse our curated collection and select the design you’d like to personalize.
Most products include a pre-designed template with placeholder text and images, giving you a proven starting point while leaving room to make the design your own.
Before choosing, consider:
- The achievement or occasion you’re recognizing
- Where the finished piece will be displayed
- Your preferred material, style, and size
- How many pieces you need
- Your event or delivery date

2. Personalize It Online
Click Customize on the product page to open the online personalization tool.
Depending on the product, you can:
- Edit text, colors, fonts, and layouts
- Upload your logo, artwork, or images
- Choose from available clipart and image galleries
- Preview your design in real time
- Explore the finished piece in 3D
- View select products in augmented reality using your phone or tablet
No graphic design experience is required. The template and customization tools guide you through the available print areas and design options.

3. Upload the Best Artwork Available
Good artwork helps us produce a sharper, more professional finished product.
For the best results:
- Use vector files when possible. SVG, EPS, AI, and vector PDF files can be resized without losing quality.
- Use high-resolution images. Raster artwork should be at least 300 DPI at its final printed size.
- Avoid JPG files when possible. Compression can introduce visible noise or distortion.
- Check the finished dimensions. Artwork that looks large on screen may appear much smaller on the final piece.
- Expect minor color differences. Screens use RGB color, while our printers use CMYK. RGB and Pantone colors may shift slightly when converted for printing.

4. Review and Save Your Design
Take a final look at your spelling, dates, names, logos, and layout before adding the product to your cart.
If you may want to reorder or update the design later, log in to your account and save it:
- Click Save in the customization tool.
- Give your design a name.
- Click Save again.
To access it later, return to the same product and variation, click Customize, and open My Saved Designs.
Saved designs are connected to the exact product variation you originally customized. If you want the same design in another color, shape, or variation, you’ll need to create and save a separate version.
5. Place Your Order
Once you’re happy with the design, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.
There’s no need to request a quote, wait for a proof, or pay a setup fee. Your order confirmation and status updates will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Because every piece is personalized and made to order, review all order and artwork details carefully before checking out.
6. Allow Time for Production and Shipping
Most online-store products require 5–10 business days for production, beginning once your artwork is confirmed as print-ready.
Shipping time is separate and varies by destination. An estimated delivery timeframe will be shown at checkout.
If you’re ordering for an event, remember to allow time for:
- Artwork corrections, if required
- Production
- Shipping and customs clearance
- Public holidays or carrier delays
- A little extra buffer, just in case
Planning backward from your event date is the safest approach.
Ordering Regularly?
If you’re an individual customer who reorders occasionally, Saved Designs make it easy to return to a previous design, update the details, and order again.
If multiple people or departments within your organization place recurring orders, an Altrum Private Collection may be a better fit. We can create a secure collection of company-approved templates using your logos, fonts, brand assets, and preferred designs—with organization-specific pricing available where applicable.
