At Altrum, each award is carefully crafted and personalized to your specifications. Because our products are custom-made, orders require both a production period and a shipping period before they arrive.

Please note that shipping timelines are added to production times. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, shipping carrier, and other factors outside of Altrum’s control.

 

Production Times

Production times vary depending on the product, customization requirements, and order quantity.

Estimated production timelines are displayed on each product page when available. Production begins once:

  • Payment has been received
  • Files are processed for production
  • The factory approves the workflow and sends the project into production

 

Shipping Times

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped using the selected delivery method.

Shipping times depend on:

  • Shipping destination
  • Carrier service selected
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Holidays and unexpected carrier delays

Estimated shipping times provided at checkout are not guaranteed delivery dates.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided by email when available.

Please allow time for the tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Altrum is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an address change is required after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or has been shipped.

Damaged Shipments

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

Our team will review the situation and assist with the appropriate next steps.

 

Delayed Shipments

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Peak holiday periods
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Altrum is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
