• All returns must receive an RMA # from customer service prior to returning an item(s).
• NO REFUND or EXCHANGES will be granted without an RMA #.
• We do our best to catch any errors before your order goes into production. However, Altrum is not responsible for any spelling, grammatical or formatting errors made by the person who placed the order.

Please Note: Return all products in like new condition with original packaging if applicable. We will process your refund for the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges. Please allow 30-60 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement, or a refund check to be processed and mailed. Open accounts will be credited upon receipt.
