Refund policy

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be accepted only if production has not yet started. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled, as your award has entered the customization and manufacturing process.

Unlike traditional retail products, our awards, deal toys, and business card embedment's are produced specifically for each order and cannot be resold.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and request details.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been correctly produced according to the submitted design.

A refund or replacement may be considered in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
  • The final product is materially different from the submitted design.
  • There is an error caused by Altrum during production.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

·       Your order number

·       Photos of the product and packaging

·       A description of the issue 

 

Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
